spam for trannies

I get a whole boatload of spam on a daily basis on the office e-mail account, but this one has got to be the weirdest so far. It's for thing thingamajig called The Extender, something that looks to me like something Austin Powers would have in his closet.

No problem there, really, that it got sent to me as spam is spam whichever way you call it. No problem other than the sender has a woman's name and if you'd read the e-mail, she claims to have used it. For what? That really boggles the mind. Wait, then again, Angel could be a man's name...

But nevertheless, since it's been sent to me, can anyone please tell me what is it again that I'm supposed to extend?
